- How do I place an order?
First of all, contact us. We´d like to talk to you and we need an agreement on your project. Then you´ll get a proposal, outlining the concept & investment. Read more in order & payment.
- Do you build all kinds of websites?
No, we´re specializing in web design for tourism operators. We build websites in Joomla and Wordpress content management systems. It´s two of the worlds most widespread CMS systems, that allows you administrate and manage your website yourself without coding or html knowledge.
- What levels are the workshops?
We´re trying to adapt it as far as possible to the level of the attendees.
- Will I receive a manual?
Not really... most of our workshops has a practical focus where you perform a number of tasks, step by step, in real-life situations based upon your own company or organization. When finished, you´ve made your own manual! However, you´ll get printed copies of our slideshow presentations. We generally work through the slides together and you will then regroup to undertake the exercises.
- How do I register to attend?
Depending on the workshop you will either register with the tourism organization that runs it or directly with us.
- How long do the workshops last?
We offer different lengths of workshops, generally from half a day to a 1½ day. We can of course tailor a workshop to suit your time requirements, please contact us
- Who will be my trainer?
Depending on the workshop, location and time your trainer will either be Curt Landin or Jan Wigsten. Both co-directors of NatCon. Occasionally, if required for the program, we can also provide you with someone from our external network of professional international tourism consultants. In such cases it will be decided well in advance.
- I think my region would benefit from your export coaching program, who can I contact?
If you´re happy to organize your community business group, feel free to contact us directly. If not, we recommend contacting your local chamber of commerce, business support organization or tourism association and try to get it organized through them,
- How far in advance do I need to book a workshop?
We´d like to get one months notice before our sessions. Please check with us for availability, as your chosen dates may not be available
